Live web-conferencing/web-streaming technology

We have developed a simple yet effective methodology enabling remote viewers to watch live recordings anywhere in the world.

High quality audio and visual recording

We provide a complementary DVD recording of the session, a great tool to show to your colleagues who were unable to attend. Our recording cameras are small, and unobtrusive to get a more natural uninhibited response from respondents, who won't even remember the cameras are there. The recording can also be played back on a plasma screen immediately after the session if clients wish to discuss what they have seen.

Web testing technology

We can supply laptops with broadband and wireless internet access for usability testing. The moderator will have the facility to control respondent laptop screens and to view them large scale on a plasma screen at the front of the studio. The moderator will also have access to an interactive whiteboard.

Play back facilities

Plasma screens are situated in all of our studios allowing you to show recordings and internet pages to your respondents. Simple to use volume controls mean that our excellent sound quality can be easily adjusted.
